Indre is a dedicated trainer at Sweat Zone who has spent the past three years helping women transform their lives through hybrid training with a stong focus on glute growth. Her approach blends strength and functional movement to support the many roles women juggle every day - because our bodies deserve to move as one, strong unit. She believes in the power of lower body strength not only for aesthetics but also building true physical power. Originally from Maryland, Indre made a major career pivot after a career in sales, using fitness as her anchor during a life-changing divorce. What started as a way to relieve stress turned into a complete rediscovery of self-and now, she's passionate about helping other women experience the same.
At Sweat Zone, Indre brings more than just workouts-she brings community, confidence, and purpose. She's living proof that it's never too late to start; you don't have to be an athlete, and age
